able to maintain a sharper eye in protecting our customers' interests.
NAVA’s operations representatives are experienced professionals, equipped
with the most advanced tools available for evaluating and reporting on a
vessel’s progress. NAVA employs a boarding team approach, generally
assigning at least two agents, supported by a shore-based
vessel coordinator, to each vessel.
NAVA also employs the services of its affiliate, Marine Outsourcing
Services, Inc., which offers software, marine consulting, and a
variety of other marine-related outsource services to owners and agents
throughout the U.S. This partnership permits us the greater flexibility and
